Please try the following instructions if your flashlight does not work.
Step 1: Please check whether the isolating paper was removed.
Step 2: Please make sure you screw the head and tail cap of your flashlight tightly.
Step 3: If your flashlight still can not light up, please replace a battery or plug in a USB Type-C cable to figure out if the defective part is the battery or the driver.
Step 4: Please make sure you insert the battery with the anode side (+) towards the head.
Step 5: Please charge the battery before first use so that you have a good experience. The battery (if included) may not be fully charged upon arrival.
